LNRG Technology began its activity in the Israeli business arena in 2010, founded as "Leon Kraversky Energy Consulting" - with expertise in technological advisory, techno-economic planning of
energy facilities and performing surveys and analysis of the energy sector. In early 2014, the business was rebranded as "LNRG Technology" with additional services of technology scouting and
development added. Since its inception, LNRG Technology has provided services to private businesses, contractors and governmental bodies in Israel and abroad.
The name of LNRG Technology emphasizes the letter "L", which is the twelfth letter of the Hebrew alphabet and symbolizes accumulation of knowledge and rising in the degrees of wisdom; the word
"Energy" ("NRG") comes from combination of Greek and Phoenician words "en-ergon", meaning in motion.
Vision
In recent years, the energy market is undergoing a rapid transition in the ways of energy production and distribution - a process which is leading us towards formation of distributed, efficient and cleaner energy market. From background of 20th century centralized and vulnerable market, reliant mainly on oil and its derivatives, already in the 70s and 80s Israel has initiated incorporation of other energy sources into its primary energy mix, such as solar thermal energy and coal later on. In the past decade, the natural gas has successfully been incorporated into the electricity generation segment and as a thermal energy source for the industry, in parallel with incorporation of renewable energy sources into electricity production. We are likely heading towards a period of natural gas domination for electricity production and as a thermal energy source, in parallel with increasing use of distributed renewable technologies for energy production and storage and for smart electric transportation. Those changes are only a prequel to the dramatic revolution in Israel and worldwide. Those drastic changes may bring many conventional industries to a crisis, though it may also produce an unprecedented business opportunity for novel products and technologies.

analyzed the activity of Better Place and pointed out the high operation cost of battery swapping technology as a possible barrier for technology penetration to the market, which essentially
became one of the main reasons for enterprise failure.
